Lorraine Korobanik Fitness in Kamloops, British Columbia exists to offer you a variety of tools with which to improve your health and level of fitness. My university education and years of experience have convinced me that the greatest gains in our health come when we take a multi-layered approach and utilize strength training, flexibility training and brain training. Whether you are looking forward to taking one of the public classes I teach here in Kamloops or if you are interested in 1-on-1 Personal Training, Yoga or Neurofeedback sessions (or some combination thereof to maximize gains) I am certain I'll help you achieve the results you are aiming for.


Hiring a Personal Fitness Trainer has so many benefits that it is hard to imagine anyone NOT hiring one at some point in their journey. Some of the most important reasons to hire me is that I can help you set realistic goals, determine the best exercises to ensure you meet your goals, teach you how to prevent injury, build a program that is specific to your unique abilities and requirements, and hold you accountable to your work. My One-on-One Personal Training Sessions are offered in packages of 5, 10, 15 and 20 sessions.


Although you may never have considered taking a yoga class prior to landing on this page, I strongly urge you to take a look at how you can do so WITHOUT the worry or anxiety that often comes with taking a brand new class with people you’ve never met before. My One-on-One Private Yoga Classes are held either in the comfort of my home space, your home space, or in a pre-determined local studio. I offer half hour and hour-long sessions with 3 options for frequency: once a week, twice a week or no-commitment/single sessions.


Neurofeedback Sessions are a scientifically-proven tool that is invaluable to your overall health. Period. Although grade school may have taught you that your brain is made of living tissue like the rest of your body, you may not have realized the negative impact pollution, stress, medications, poor diet, alcohol, etc, has on this incredible organ that’s in charge of all your other systems. No wonder many find it hard to rest, concentrate, keep their temper, stave off headaches, keep off weight and more!
