My education led me to combine clean eating, weight training, flexibility training, and brain training in order to achieve my most optimum health, and my experience has taught me that I can do the same for others. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Yoga Instructor, POUND Pro Instructor and Neurofeedback Provider.
