Class size and length are negotiable, as is whether or not you want just the one class or several. For instance, perhaps you want one group fitness of 45 minutes for just you and your 3 kids. We can do that. Or maybe you and your 20 workmates need an hour-long HIIT class once a week for 6 weeks. We can do that too. Whatever you end up choosing, I promise to deliver fun, energizing sessions that will meet that needs of your private group, regardless of their fitness levels.

Wondering what to expect? I will greet everyone in the group and give detailed yet easy to follow instructions. I always demo whatever it is we are doing and then watch everyone’s form to ensure everyone’s safety. Finally, I rarely miss an opportunity to get others excited about fitness, so you can expect upbeat music, lots of smiles and laughter and a lot of touch-free encouragement.
